Super Saturday Kids Klub is an action packed program specifically designed for all kids, including those with a short attention span.

This TV-Gameshow style format is filled with exciting music, games and contests. The final 20 minutesof the 60 minute program is a time of teaching and building into the lives of these under privileged kids.

The themes of the teaching times consist of the basic morals any parent or society would like built into their children. We teach about topics such as loving one another, respecting authority, obeying your parents, and helping the needy.

Every child receives a weekly personal home visit by our approved Kids Klub workers.

In addition to this, each child is picked up by one of our buses each week from their home and taken to our Kids Klub Program.

During the summer months of June, July, and August of each year Metro Kids Society sends out a specially trained team of staff and interns into the city streets! They bring with them, in a small cargo van, everything they need to hold Super Sidewalk Kids Klub live and free in some of the biggest and neediest apartment blocks in the city. This program is scaled down only slightly from our in-house program and still includes exciting games, music, contests, and a time of teaching and building into the lives of these underpriviledged kids. As well every apartment in every complex that has a child in it gets a visit and everyone who attends the program gets a free treat!

Q: When does it run?
A: Approximately 3 Saturday mornings per month (September through May).

Q: What time?
A: Busses start pick-up at 9:00 AM and finish drop-off by 1:00 PM. The program itself runs from 11:00-12:00.

Q: Where is it held?
A: Metro Kids' Program Centre, by the Pattullo Bridge in North Surrey.

Q: What does it cost?
A: It's totally FREE!

Q: Who can come?
A: The program is designed for children ages 4-12. But older siblings or parents are welcome to come and keep an eye on their children if they so wish.

Q: How can I get my child picked up?
A: Call 604-812-7178 and leave your name, phone number and address. As long as you're in our pickup area, we'll add you to our lists and can pick your child(ren) up for our next program.

Q: How do I know if I'm on the lists?
A: You'll recieve a home visit on the Thursday or Friday before each program, approximately three weeks out of each month.

Q: I understand you give out treats? What are they?
A: The treat varies from week to week and is given to the children as they are dropped off at home.
